Lawyers’ Roundtable Receives Endorsement of Illinois Supreme Court

The Supreme Court of Illinois has recently endorsed BACTrust’s Lawyers’ Roundtable as an accredited preferred provider for continuing education courses for the legal community.

The Roundtable is designed for Chicago-area legal professionals to discuss family and estate planning, tax issues, conservation law, and the benefits of these issues to the clients they serve in northeastern Illinois. These legal professionals include estate planners, tax attorneys, conservation attorneys, and community legal advisors.

The endorsement means that we provide a quality program for lawyers seeking the most up-to-date information for their clients on conservation law. Our program charges no fee for legal professionals and provides continuing education credits for attendance.

Our next roundtable will be in Springfield on September 25, 2009, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. at the Law Offices of Brown, Hay & Stephens, LLP. The topic is "Conservation Easement Legal Basics." There is no course fee, and six general CLE credits will be awarded for attending. Breakfast and lunch will be provided.
